Postgraduate Studies have on raising the spirit of scientific research which is characterized by excellence and creativity.
The message
the university creates a smoth environment to the promotion of scientific research and develop the graduate programs that build the appropriate system to provide postgraduate programs that meet the needs of society.
Objectives of the adminstraion

Developing, and enriching the scientific research base to serve the improvment of Libyan society and contribute to its progress and prosperity.
Training specialized personnel in different scientific , productive and service field, so they will be eligible to play their part in society building and cope with technology .
Documenting interaction and communication between academic and educational institutions on the one hand and research and development institutions and other institutions of the community on the other hand.
Contribute to the study of scientific and technical issues related to the developmental aspects of society in all areas and suggest solutions to the problems facing the development plan to achieve of its objective.
