The presidents' speech
It is pleasure to welcome you today. Greetings to all staff of this scientific and cultural institution. Greetings to every student, to all parents worked hard to schooling their sons earlier, longer with a great emphasis to be students at this university. A greeting of respect and appreciation to all who strive with us to promote this institution to be a competitive university between Libyan , Arab and international universities.
With our national commitment, our work and our union are all (students, teachers, staff, parents, officials outside the university), we will all together build an advanced and resplendent university that is proud of all of us and worthy of other universities. We never diminish the value of staff effort and ask everyone to give a hand as our cooperation will be as a struggle for success and progress .
We want to build a university that graduates and affords a successful researcher and contributes to the activities of the community for its construction. Otherwise, we still petition to build an awareness among individuals and society. This will be achievable through the role of our university in order to upgrade the efficiency of the country and its stability, and to have an effective contribution to reform most institutions of the government. We hope our university to be a platform for any further challenges all across Libya.
